- Who are the Insomniacs?
- The Insomniacs are a group of friends that have been playing together for the past 6 years and throughout different gaming titles have grown into the community they are today!
- What is a gaming community?
A group of people that share the same interests, determination and desire to kill something in a pix-elated world. Unlike a guild we are spread across multiple platforms, genres and games.
- What is a chapter?
A Chapter is a Game title (I.E World of Warcraft) that might not necessarily have our whole Community playing, but will still have enough to represent us as a whole. We hope to expand our player base through these Chapters and add to our Community, with like minded members.
- How do I become a member?
- Sign up under our recruitment tab or on our forums. To be given access to private forums, contact the chapter leader for your specific game, or Kelethar.
- How do I become a member of a specific chapter?
If you are interested in leading a specific chapter of our Community, you will have to talk to Kelethar. We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, that enjoys working with people, has exceptional knowledge of the game they are inquiring about. This will be a lot of extra work, we only want people who have the time to give, because you are representing our whole Community. If you're interested in joining a chapter, all you have to do is contact that chapter leader and tell them!
- I am a casual gamer, does the gaming community have anything to offer me?
- Yes! We do not discriminate against those who have busy real life schedules. We welcome all members, regardless of how hard-core or casual they may be. All we ask is that you maintain some activity within the community, both in the game(s) you play, and here on our forums. The whole point of a community is to 'commune' after all, and it's hard to do that if you never post, and only play once every six months!
